About the Band

Intrepid Cat is a Fort Wayne-based jazz fusion/funk band comprised of six talented musicians from the
area. From spiced-up classics to electrifying funk, the group plays a variety of instrumental and
non-instrumental covers from the likes of Tom Misch, Stevie Wonder, and Grover Washington Jr., as well
as genre-blending original compositions that explore the depths of rhythm and the transcendental nature
of harmony. Intrepid Cat has played at Rock The Plaza, Teds Beerhall, Celestial Fest, the Clyde Theatre,
Union Street Market, Art This Way Art Crawl: Alley Bash, Ambrosia Orchard, Stan’s Room, Firefly Coffee
House, BuskerFest, 2Toms Brewing Company, Promenade Park, The Garden FW, The Ruin, and Beacon
Heights Church.
