About The Band

Intrepid Cat is an up-and-coming, six-piece funk/fusion band from Fort Wayne. The group has years of performance experience, entertaining audiences at dozens of venues in Northeast Indiana with its fervent blend of funky original music and fan-favorite covers from the likes of Stevie Wonder and Tom Misch.

Intrepid Cat is releasing a record later this spring with six brand-new, genre-blending original compositions that explore the depths of rhythm and the transcendental nature of harmony.

The band has played at the Embassy Theatre, Pearl Street Arts Center, Rock The Plaza, Teds Beerhall, Celestial Fest, the Clyde Theatre, Union Street Market, Art This Way Art Crawl: Alley Bash, Ambrosia Orchard, The Deck, Vinland Reserve Winery, Stan’s Room, Nick's Martini & Wine Bar, Deer Park Irish Pub, Firefly Coffee House, BuskerFest, 2Toms Brewing Company, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fort Wayne, Promenade Park, The Garden FW, The Ruin, and Beacon Heights Church.
